Most of our jewellery pieces are bespoke or made-to-order.
We do have a boutique showroom with our latest fine jewellery, engagement and bridal collections located at 111 Somerset Road, #03-28, TripleOne Somerset Building, Singapore 238164.

It may take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks for a piece to be crafted and more intricate designs may require a little more time. Our craftsmen do take their breaks over Public Holidays and festive seasons, and it will be good to start the process early and plan around them.

Be it an anniversary gift, engagement ring or wedding bands, let us know what it is you are looking for and when you’ll need your piece(s) ready. We will assist to set the earliest possible appointment for you with someone from our team with the right expertise.

Only for orders or items purchased from our online E-Boutique store will there be an option for self-collection at our premise or shipping for purchases outside of Singapore. Shipping fees will apply and all shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to additional costs such as custom duties, tariffs, service taxes and all other fees and/or taxes imposed at the respective destination country. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay us and you might have to pay for these additional charges in order to receive your shipment. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser for all countries. If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order or items may be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by us.

There are limitations to the countries that we can ship to. Before making a purchase online, do reach out to us via WhatsApp (+65 6238-8712) to check if we are able to ship to your intended country.

We are also unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses, hotels, restricted areas, any other location that is inaccessible or where we are unable to get the purchaser’s signature upon receipt.

Once an order or purchase is made online, you won’t be able to amend your delivery information. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

1. Processing Time

We will endeavour to ship items within 3 business days of receiving your order. Do note that we ship orders on business days. For weekend or public holidays, orders will be packed and shipped the following business day. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

2. Insurance

All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

3. Exchange Policy

Our items available for online purchase are one-of-a-kind or made-to-order pieces and will not be exchangeable nor refundable.
